RYKVRY — Privacy & Support

Updated 8 November 2026

RYKVRY displays wellness readings from the source you choose and uses them to calculate summaries such as sleep, recovery, activity and body age. Body age is a wellness indicator.

Data and permissions

With your permission, RYKVRY reads selected health and activity data from Apple Health or Google Health, including available sleep, heart, exercise and movement readings. Google sign-in uses Google's authorization flow. The app keeps the Google access credentials in the device Keychain.

RYKVRY stores synced readings and preferences locally. It uses device storage protection for cached readings. If you use the widgets or the paired Apple Watch, the app makes relevant summaries available to those features.

When you explicitly save manually entered steps, the app writes those steps to Apple Health with your authorization. Camera and photo access are used to create a story. You choose whether and where to share an export.

Apple processes Plus purchases and purchase restoration through the App Store. RYKVRY uses Apple's purchase entitlement to unlock Plus.

Manage access in Apple Health or your Google Account. You can disconnect Google in the app. Uninstalling the app removes its local app data from the device, subject to system backup and Keychain behavior.
